Shipping
Please Note: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being received; then shipped via USPS or UPS. Processing time does not include transit time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

 

Returned Packages 
Please make sure you are providing us with the correct shipping/delivery address. All information must be complete and accurate to avoid additional fees and/or delays with your order. If a package is returned to us because the address provided was invalid or incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to repay shipping and handling costs before we will re-send the package. 

Lost/Stolen Packages
We always recommend shipping to a secure location and/or making arrangements for someone to be available to receive your gift order. Once we ship a package, it falls into the hands of the shipping carrier and we do not have control over delivery outcomes. If the post office or shipping carrier is unable to locate your package, it is unfortunately beyond our control. The Gift Veil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered but not received.
